Workshop for Low cost Approach of Printable Electronics - Screen Printing training & Silhouette Cameo training
The workshop for low cost approach of printable electronics was held on 3rd and 4th July 2019 at Electronic Sytem Lab , Kulliyyah of Engineering , IIUM. There were 15 participants from IIUM and UM. The training was divided into 2 sections: Silhouette Cameo training and Screen Printing. The first training ( Silhouette Cameo training) was conducted by Br Mohd Afiq Asri. The workshop started with some introduction on 2D fabrication techniques and Silhouette Cameo demonstration. The aim of the workshop is to give fundamental hands on Silhouette Cameo for low cost approach of printable electronics.
In the following day, the second workshop continued with an introduction and demonstration of screen printing techniques using silver inks on PET substrate. The second workshop was conducted by Br Anwar Zainuddin and Br Ahmad Fairuz.
It is hope with these transfer of knowledge, the fruitful collaboration will be continued in the future between IIUM and UM on low cost approach of printable electronics.
