Got my 10m band beacon scanner up & running again (CW skimmer & Aggregator for RBN upload)

The idea was to make use of my 3-element Ultrabeam when I am not at the station. It did not make sense to me that a relatively good antenna would be idling or serving only as a bird resting place, if I am not on the air myself. Instead, it might as well feed my Funcube dongle SDR and enable 10m beacon spotting via the reversebeacon (RBN) network.
RBN shows the "SNR" - signal-to-noise ratio in dB. So, it is not the s-meter signal level but it is a good indication for the signal level. Assuming a more or less constant noise level, the SNR does directly relate to the signal level.
