Chilli + Ginger + Salt
4 cups of water
Pepper + Jirakam + Cashew + Ghee + Curry Leaves
Boil all the above in cooker

2 cups of milk + 2 cups of water
1 cup rice : 1.5 cup vellam
Elaichi powder
Cashew + Raisins + Ghee

Oil + Mustard + Asafoetida + Urid Dal + Methi + Thoor Dal (1 spoon) + Green Chilli + Red Chilli + Kadi Pathha + Turmeric Powder + Tamarind Water (tamarind squeezed) + Salt + Rice Flour (Arisi maavu), if required to make a bit thick
