Vita Pi-Ho Hu 
Associate Professor

       Vita Pi-Ho Hu received the B. S. degree in materials science and engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering & institute of electronics from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 2004 and 2011, respectively. Her research interests include Ferroelectric FET, emerging memory, Silicon and IIIV-based nanoelectronics, ultra-low voltage/power SRAM and logic circuits using emerging devices, and circuit and device interaction. She was an intern at TSMC from 2004 to 2007. From 2011 to 2015, she was an assistant research fellow with National Chiao Tung University. She has authored or coauthored over 100 refereed journal and conference papers regarding her research interests. She has received the Outstanding Student Paper Award 1st Place Winner at the 2011 IEEE International Conference on IC Design and Technology (ICICDT), the Postdoctoral Research Award from Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA) in 2014, Best Paper Award in IEEE International Symposium on the Physical and Failure Analysis of Integrated Circuits (IPFA) in 2015, Excellent Young Researcher Project Award from Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) in 2016, Exploration Research Award of Pan Wen Yuan Foundation in 2017, Excellent Teaching Award of the EECS College in NCU in 2018, and MOST Young Scholar Fellowship in 2018. She was a Visiting Scholar with Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, from July to Aug., 2017 and 2018. She is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan.
