   1. Manoeuvring a maritime vessel in such a way as that it jeopardises the safety of another vessel or people.

   1. The building of any structure on your berth that is judged by the Commissioner of the Federal Maritime Commission to be inappropriate.
   2. The building of any structure which is intended to be used as a dwelling or commercial premises.

   1. Crew a vessel which is not registered with the Federal Maritime Commission.
   2. Trade a vessel which is not registered with the Federal Maritime Commission.
   3. Possess, Crew or Trade a boat which does not display a Registration Plate (Sign displaying the number) in a prominent place on the Vessel.
