Security deposit
€ 4000 by bank transfer 3 weeks before arrival, repayable within 28 days after departure, due to a satisfactory return of the property.
Payment conditions
Payment by bank transfer is preferred. 30% is required when signing the contract to confirm the booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental.

July – August, minimum two weeks’ rental.
Prices include: Final cleaning, initial bed linen & towels, pool towels, water & gas, guardian service, garden and poolservice,
Prices do not include: electricity, telephone, heating.
Additional service options available, like in-between-cleaning, cooking service, grocery shopping.
