The glamour of Cannes, with its abundant nightlife, shops and beaches, can be reached in about 15 minutes, Nice airport in 35 minutes and you are within easy reach of Mandelieu-La Napoule with boutiques, restaurants, lovely beaches, and excellent golf courses. A short trip by car will bring you to lovely vineyards and picturesque little villages in the Provençal mountains. The amazing surroundings might even invite you to unforgettable Mediterranean hiking.
Still, relaxing on the pool terrace, or taking a walk in the flowered, well maintained terraced gardens among palm, olive, eucalyptus and lemon trees, orange, figs, and apricots, the first thing you notice is the absolute calm and the infinite feeling of revival.

Entering the villa, which is on three levels, you will first get into a beautiful entrance hall and then into a spacious salon and dining area with large French windows opening onto the pool terrace and the Mediterranean view. The entire villa is tastefully decorated and well equipped including CD, DVD, flat screen satellite-TV on the wall with BBC and several international channels, free internet broadband access, ADSL, WiFi, safe and fax.
Adjacent to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen - and a chef’s delight - in Provençal style. The kitchen has large French windows with balustrade all round to let you enjoy the magnificent views over the Mediterranean and the Alps. There is also direct access to the pool terrace from the kitchen.Temperature-controlled wine cellar.
On the ground level there are two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom, a large king size bed and with direct access to the pool terrace and one bedroom with a double bed. Separate guest WC.
The curved shaped pool with overflow is facing due south and can be heated.
A staircase leads up to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, king size bed and open sun terrace where you once again can enjoy the outstanding view.
Taking the stairs down to the garden level there is a large separate apartment with an American kitchen, a large living and dining area.There are further two double bedrooms with each a shower room or a bathroom. All have direct access to the pool terrace and the garden. A separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
