Maziar Saleh Ziabari

Maziar received his Masters in Physics from DePaul University in 2014 with a thesis in multiwavelength x-ray diffraction.  He pursued graduate coursework at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before transferring to UNM's Quantum Optics Program.  He's worked as an adjunct professor at UNM Valencia as well as a graduate intern at Sandia National Laboratories, where he studied hot carbon implantation and SPIONs with nitrogen vacancies.  Maziar is currently studying NV quantum sensing in the Acosta lab.
