Point Sparring:    Colored-belts - 90 seconds

                          Blackbelts - 2 minutes

Protective Gear:   Foam safety kicks, punches, and headguard.  Mouth guard and cup required.

Breaking:  All ages and ranks - One station. WOOD ONLY!

Entry fee:   $55 for any and all events
