Registration

Competitors - Hand completed registration forms to your instructor with $55 attached, checks made payable to SMAC.  This is the only form of preregistration accepted.  Please do not mail registration forms.  The earlier you register the better.

Instructors - Turn in all collected forms at the pre-registration table on the day of the tournament.  Include a cover-sheet for your school that lists the name, age, and rank of each competitor from your school who is registered for the event.  Verify that each form is complete and correct, and that checks are to made payable to SMAC.  Your efforts are appreciated and help ensure a successful day for everyone.  Thank you.
