1941-1943 Vendo 159 Master (Top)

I can't find a reasonable picture

for this unit. It uses the Vendo

159 Top with a Master Top

on the right side to cover

the wider master cooler.

1941 - 1943 Vendo 159 (Top)

Notice the square configuration of the top coin mechanism cover and the depth of the top plate, which is about 2".

(The bottle-in-hand decal was added in the 50's by a bottling company).

1941 - 1943 Vendo 159 (Top, opened)

Notice the 10-bottle openings in the grill plate, which rotates in the opposite direction of the top vending plate.

1946 - 1951 Vendo V-59 Master (Top)

1947 illustration gives you an idea of what it looks like. It uses the V-59 Top with a Master Top on the right side to cover the wider cooler.

1946 - 1951 Vendo V-59 (Top)

Note the contoured sides of the coin mechanism cover and the round, rotating, vending plate on top is slightly raised at the center (pyramid shaped). They supplied both Dry and Wet versions.

1948 - 1951 Vendo V-59 Dry Standard Cooler

This cooler only came in the following configuration-

The Standard size chest with an external cap catcher

and a Kelvinator Dry cooling system.
