And here is the magic trick that will let you get rich in Shadowrun. First off, Vladimir's crypt is one of the greatest places to gain karma (due to the ability to hide behind a coffin with a team of runners and bust ghouls). Likewise, every time you go through The Jester's Portal, Vladimir resurrects himself and you can kill him again with the same old combination of strobes and a stake -- and you can continually fleece him for 5,000 nuyen a pop.
Granted, it is a bit of work to do this, but it is a solid return of karma and nuyen for your time.
Oh my, I'm salivating here... But it is too soon to pick up these upgrades, for we don't have the nuyen for these purchases.

Keep on dusting the vampire and healing up. All of our other runners have currently abandoned us, except Kitsune, who has promised to stay with us for the duration of her life.
Do I have any idea what Boosted Reflexes do? Hell no! But I'm going to get them installed anyway. For 15,000 nuyen, they must be made of greatness, as that cost around the price of our shotgun!
And trust me, we can use every edge we can get before we take a trip to visit this Drake fellow.
