Welcome to Venice

The Time Team has arrived safe and sound in Venice!

We've been working hard this past week planning out the next 7 weeks. With our schedule finalized, we're ready to take on this task of capturing time in Venice.

Last week, we started searching the city for the 21 public clocks. Though it was a bit difficult to find the clocks at first, it was a good way to begin our stay in Venice. Google maps led us down a few wrong turns but overall, we have explored more of Venice while finding 18 out of the 21 total. Next week we'll finish finding these clocks while we wander around the city looking at bell towers.

Since the forecast is calling for rain, we figure this week can be spent doing computer things. This includes creating infographics for walkability comparison, our isochrone application, and working on outlines for our paper. We will also review our proposal and make any edits based on our discussions in the past week.
