André develops consulting activities in the context of the architectures of information systems. This is of great importance in the application and validation of the research developed in relation to the organizational and technological reality of organizations.

This activity consists in advising on the definition, design, specification, follow-up of the implementation of information systems architecture projects with added value for the research developed and simultaneously for major Public Administration modernization projects in Portugal.
