Cheese and bacon muffins with kefir whey - fare 6 muffin

200 g plain flour

100 ml kefir whey

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp grinded b/pepper

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

2 whole eggs (one for brushing)

25 g grated cheese

25 g finely chopped bacon rashers

Combine all dry ingredients, add 1 egg and mix it well.

Make a well in the centre, pour the kefir whey in and using fork lightly mix all together.

Equally divide the mixture into the paper cups.

Bake in 200 degrees/C for 10 minutes then brush muffins with beaten egg and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
