Shipments

Delivery will be Flat Rate Shipping by the USPS unless other arrangements are made. We will do all we can to make the delivery as economical and easy as possible.

Please supply UPS or FedEx number before sending form if you want to bill shipping back to your company.

Shipping and Handling Prices - based on quantity and weight of seeds. Since each box varies by variety of Seeds, V and J has imposed the right to charge this fee.

Overseas Shipments

Overseas Shipments are air freight collect and is not included in prices of seeds. Overseas customers please specify manner of shipping, stipulate if Phytosanitary Certificate is needed and if import permission is needed to obtain Phyto Certificate.

Phytosanitary Certificate will be an additional $106.00 for export.

Phytosanitary needs to be payed for in advance.

This amount is collected by the USDA.

Import Permits may also be necessary please check with your government for clarification.

Shipping overseas will be sent by USPS unless other arrangements have been made.

Payments

Due if invoiced 30 days net from date of invoice. We reserve the right to assess a 1.5% (computed on a daily basis) late charge

Guarantee

If not completely satisfied with the quality of the seeds upon arrival please notify us promptly. We will ask that you return the seeds for us to test and then credit will be given on your next order or we will refund your money. If you have had our seeds for as long as three months, they cannot be returned.
