Rates and Payments

Rentals available at nightly, weekly, or monthly rates and vary by season.

During the months of January, February, March and April we only rent by the month.

Rates are posted in US Dollars.

Minimum Rental of 3 Nights.

Additional fees in addition to the posted rates:

• 12% Florida State Taxes
• Cleaning Fee $100.00
• Damage Deposit $300
  • to be refunded at the end of your stay

Payments Accepted: Deposit required (non-refundable) to secure reservation and full payment due 30 days before arrival.

• Cheque or bank draft (must clear 30 days before arrival)
• Electronic funds transfer
• Credit Card through PayPal (Subject to 3% surcharge)

Checking in and Out:

• arrival after 4 pm
• checkout by 10 am
