We have a nicely renovated 2 bedroom penthouse condo available for rent by the week or more. Our vacation home is directly on the beach and close to many amenities like the space centre, shopping, golf, attractions and great dining.
Why Cocoa Beach?
The condo is located at the north end of Cocoa Beach in Cape Canaveral. The famous "Space Coast" stretches for 72 miles along Florida's East Coast... it is only 5 minutes away from Port Canaveral, only 45 minutes away from Orlando and Disney attractions, it is the home of the Kennedy Space Centre as well as some of the best surfing in the country!
Cocoa Beach is a "barrier island"... you can spend the day at the beach playing in the waves OR you can explore the tranquil inter-coastal waterways kayaking with manatees and dolphins. There are many great restaurants and attractions to visit nearby. Like to golf? Brevard County boasts over 25 golf courses. There are so many things to do... bird watching, hiking, even the sea turtles love it here! Five of the 8 known species nest along our beaches from May 1 to October 31.

The Condo
Your vacation getaway is a 1058 sq.ft. 2 story Penthouse Condo in Royal Mansions Condominiums. There are 2 bedroom suites with two full en suite bathrooms. We renovated when we purchased the condo and it turned out beautifully!... granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinetry, new flooring, freshly painted and new appliances as well as laundry facilities... the works! A perfect vacation oasis!
The condo sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate 6 with the additional pull out Queen sized couch in the living room. We also have a baby's play pen available for your use. The patio overlooks the ocean as well as the pool area. The condo faces east and the sunrise really is quite lovely to see.
Royal Mansions is one of the nicest complexes we have seen on Cocoa Beach... it is laid out like a Caribbean resort and captures the feel of "vacation" beautifully. The grounds have recently undergone a major engineering and beautification project and are immaculate and beautifully maintained. The heated pool and hot tub is in the centre of the complex, ocean side and away from the parking lot. There are even peacocks that wander through the grounds!
