Tai Chi is a Chinese martial arts form which involves slow controlled movements to help calm the body/mind, energize, strengthen, improve balance & flexibility.
New research also suggests Tai Chi is effective in lowering blood pressure, protecting against cognitive decline, reducing risk of falls, and relieving anxiety &
depression.
Our 14 week beginner series will be offered twice a year, in September & March on Fridays 9 – 10 am
Come & join us to learn the Taoist Tai Chi set of 108 moves. You will then be ready to deepen your practice with our continuing group who have been meeting for years every Friday @ 10am.
