This 45 minute class focuses on practical, everyday movements for strength & conditioning for both men & women. A variety of equipment will be used such as resistance bands, skipping ropes, and free weights. Each week the exercises will include strength training, balance, cardio, coordination and flexibility. Please wear indoor running shoes and comfortable clothing, and bring water, free weights and a resistance band if able.
