Diffusion-based bioluminescence in microchannel

Diffusive mixing of two fluids in a microchannel. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) was used as a substrate of light producing enzyme, luciferase. It is recommended to inject the relatively lower molecular weight ATP solution in the middle with the two luciferase solutions on both sides for higher diffusive mixing in a long microchannel.
