Subject: "Hamlet- Tagging Appointment Request"
Hey prop stock team,
I'm looking to checkout a few props for a scene I'm performing in class and was wondering if I could schedule a tagging appointment for Thursday, February 29th at 10am or 11am. I've attached the Loan Agreement below and I've filled out the appointment information survey.
A member of the prop stock team will get back to you as quickly as they can to confirm or deny your request.
Please note: We do not check our email outside of open hours as we are a student-run resource. Please email us at least 2-3 business days prior to the date you would like to come in to ensure we receive your request on time.
Enter TPA through the admin entrance, then follow the signs to get to Prop Stock in the basement.
Be prompt! If you are late, you will not get more time in stock.
If you're arriving to a check out or check in appointment, arrange a way to transport your props ahead of time. The Prop Stock staff cannot help you move props in or out of TPA.
You will need to use the loading dock to check-in or check-out large items. The loading dock is only to be used for ACTIVE loading or unloading. When you are not actively using the bay, please park in the 30 minute parking across from the bay with your hazards on.
CHECK OUTS:
Park in the 30 minute parking spots across from the bay with your hazards on upon arrival.
Come down to stock to retrieve and sign for your loaned props with a Prop Stock Manager.
Once you have signed, you may move your car to the bay to load your items in.
CHECK-INS:
Pull into the loading bay and unload all loaned props.
Once you are done unloading your items, please move your car to the 30 minute parking spots across from the bay with your hazards on.
