1. On the desktop, click on the GoToMeeting shortcut.

2. Choose a meeting name from the dropdown. For morning board reviews, you can use "UTHSCSA RADIOLOGY".

3. Click "Join". The control panel should appear on the right side of the screen.

4. Wait a bit, then click "Record." It will turn orange. Video and audio are now being recorded.

5. When the lecture is done, click the X on the upper right corner of the control panel. A list of recordings will appear.

6. Check all the boxes and click "Convert Recording". You can leave at this point and let it run.
