GOs on RPS 2015 PRC pay fixation table
The Government hereby orders that the following Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 shall apply to:
i) Employees of the State Government;
ii) Employees of the Local Bodies and Aided Institutions including Aided Polytechnics, who are in receipt of pay in regular pay scale in the Scales of Pay of 2010; and
iii) The Work-charged establishment in receipt of pay in a regular pay scale in the Scales of Pay of 2010

Implementation of the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 :
The pay of the employee in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 shall be notionally fixed with effect from 01.07.2013. However, the monetary benefit of the Revised Scales of Pay 2015 shall be allowed with effect from June 02, 2014. The benefit of the Revised Scales of Pay 2015 shall be paid in cash for month of April 2015 onwards. Separate orders will be issued detailing the modality for payment of arrears of salary in Revised Scales of Pay 2015 for the period from 02.06.2014 to 31.03.2015. The Interim Relief (IR) paid from January 01, 2014 to June 01, 2014 shall not be recovered. The Interim Relief paid for the period from June 02, 2014 onwards shall be adjusted from the monetary benefit payable on account of implementation of Revised Scales of Pay 2015. The Interim Relief shall not be included as Pay for the purpose of fixation in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015.
Change of increment on par with his junior :
In the case of employee whose pay in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 is fixed on July 01, 2013 at the same stage as that fixed for another Government employee junior to him in the same cadre, and drawing pay at a lower stage than his pay in the existing scale of pay, prior to that date, the next increment
Pay fixation in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 :
New Basic pay in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2015 = Basic pay in the Pay Scales, 2010 + Dearness Allowance of 63.344% as on 01.07.2013 + fitment of 43% of the Basic pay
Dearness Allowance :
The Dearness Allowance in the Revised Pay Scales 2015 is determined at 0.524% for every one percent of Dearness Allowance sanctioned to the employees of Government of India with effect from January 01, 2014.
Special Pays and Allowances in Revised Pay Scales 2015 :
Special Pays and Allowances in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 sanctioned by G.O.Ms.No.171 FINANCE (HR.VI-TFR-A&L-TA) DEPARTMENT Dated: 11- 12-2015. These orders shall come into force from 01-12-2015.
CLASSIFICATION OF CITIES AND TOWNS FOR HRA
The above entitlement shall be subject to a ceiling of Rs.20,000 per month for employees working and living in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. For other places, the ceiling of HRA shall be Rs.15,000.
City Compensatory Allowance
The Government has accepted the recommendations of the PRC in so far as it relates to the City Compensatory Allowance and hereby orders for revision of rates as indicated below:
The Municipal Corporations eligible for City Compensatory Allowance are: 1)Ananthapur; 2). Chittoor; 3). Eluru; 4). Guntur; 5). Kakinada; 6). Kadapa; 7). Kurnool; 8).Nellore; 09). Ongole; 10). Rajahmundry; and 11). Tirupathi.
