How We Access Zoom

To be a conference host, you must:

• To do your job, you will need the Zoom client installed on your device (not a phone, as you'll have to share screens with writers).

• Always log in via UR's Zoom portal, not via any private Zoom account you use. This tends to offer better security for conferences.

• Assigned to a class? Set up your own Zoom Room and notify writers.
