The Urbana H.S. and Urbana M.S. bands are using a special
program to improve communication and organization!
How to access parent & student information
Log on to http://www.charmsmusic.com
Locate the “PARENT/STUDENT LOGIN” section of the web page.
Login to your child’s program account using the following login: urbanahsband
This will bring up the main parent page. This will allow you to look at your child’s program & handouts.
When you enter your child’s Urbana Schools- Student ID Number, (a 6 digit number located on the Student ID card) another more detailed screen appears with even more options to view your student’s uniform assignments, music assignments, financial records, forms and inventory. Enter your child’s ID FIRST – then you may create your own, unique password by clicking on the “keys.”
The most important in which you can help the director maintain his/her records:
Student information form – Please update the information on the student information page. Updating phone numbers and email addresses is very important to help Mr. Hicks, Mr. Hall, Ms. DeBauche, Mrs. Lodes communicate with you more effectively.
If your name doesn’t come up when you enter the ID Number contact Mr. Hall.
Most importantly, the parent page assists both you and the teacher to communicate with each other.
