November 14th and 15th is the date for the Bands of America Grand National Marching Championships in Indianapolis. We are considering our options for a field trip to this event, but we need help in deciding the type of field trip you're interested in taking, and how much you're willing to spend on the field trip.
Here are the details... On Friday, Nov. 14th, the nationally famous Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser is directing a student leadership workshop in Indianapols from 5pm to 7pm. On Saturday, Nov. 15th, the very best marching bands in the country will compete at the Bands of America Grand National Finals in the brand new Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. So please help us design the field trip you want to happen by participating in this survey. The field trip is optional and it's available to any student in the Urbana HS Band Program. Just to be clear... our band is not performing at this event. The purpose of this field trip is to expand our knowledge of the marching arts activity, and to develop student leadership.
