Car Wash this Saturday June 9th

Volunteers needed to help wash cars and Cars needed to be washed for a donation.

Students signing up for the car wash can earn money toward the Band Trip to Florida during spring break 2013. The funds raised at this car wash will be split between the students that show up, sign in, and help wash and dry the cars. Any present and future students that would like to earn money for the trip please show up. Anyone can help wash cars, past band menbers, parents, brothers or sisters. The more people that show up the more money we make.

Total funds raised will be divided by the total hours worked by all students. and that hourly wage muliplied the number of hours worked by the individule student will be applied to that students trip. So if you can only help for two hours that is OK! We need your help! For example if 20 students all work four hours each and raise $500.00, the Urbana Band Boosters will take 25.00 off the cost of each of their trip.

Hours are from 10 AM to 2:00 PM, we will provide free water bottles and slices of Domino’s pizza for one dollar each. Please bring a couple bucks or you own snack/lunch

BRING YOUR INSTRUMENTS! Color Guard bring your flags! Tell your friends and family to come get their cars washed!
