Avoid the normal cars and trucks and destroy the cars (and the truck) that change their color. 

DON'T HIT ANY BORDER! HIT ONLY THE CARS THAT BLINK! (Hint, the Robbers are colored black, none of the traffic has)  

 Note: One of the robbers is in a police car.
