Filtering entire resource populations

A new feature in Stroboscope since version 3.6

It is possible to apply a filter to the entire population of resources of a type using the following forms:

Filter.Property.{Count | Value | MinVal | MaxVal | SDVal | AveVal}

Value can be used when exactly one resource passes the filter. If the property is a SaveProp, you can assign a value to it. It is necessary to add '.Value' to differentiate from 'Filter.Property' which means the Property of the resource cursored by the Filter.
