ProbSched

ProbSched is a probabilistic scheduling package that uses Stroboscope as its engine and Visio as its Graphical User Interface. ProbSched allows the definition of CPM networks where the cost and duration of each activity can be defined probabilistically. ProbSched produces graphical output to indicate the criticality of each activity and statistics of the early and late times and floats of each activity and the project.

ProbSched is installed with Stroboscope and can be launched by selecting ProbSched from the Stroboscope program group.
