About Me

            I spent my childhood in a small town, Midnapore in West Bengal, India. I received my Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2008. After that I joined STMicroelectronics, Greater Noida as an Analog Design Engineer and worked there for Four years in High-speed Serial Link Group. During that time I also earned M.S. (Research) degree from Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2012, under the supervision of Dr. Shouri Chatterjee. In Fall 2012, I joined Prof. Chris Kim's  VLSI Research Group in University of Minnesota, USA in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and earned my PhD degree in 2016. My doctoral research focus is on digital intensive mixed-signal circuit design techniques (e.g. data-converters, clock generators etc.). I spent the summer of 2014 and 2015 as an Intern  in San Francisco Bay area (Silicon Valley) working at Xilinx and Rambus respectively. In Fall 2015, I was with the Circuit Research Lab (CRL) in Intel Labs at Hillsboro, OR. I worked as a Research Scientist in Intel's Wireless Communication Research (WCR) group from Dec. 2016 to Feb. 2023. I am currently working as a Sr. Staff Design Engineer in SerDes Technology Group of Xilinx/AMD.
