What is Ultimate?
Ultimate is a fast-paced team sport that involves running, jumping, catching, throwing, scoring, and other snazzy stuff. Check out the links at the bottom of this page if you're looking for more.

Who can or should play Ultimate?
You. And everyone you know.
You'll especially love ultimate if you've played high school sports (soccer, basketball, track, etc.) and are looking for something new to do with awesome people. UMD Womxn's Ultimate offers a friendly, fun, and competitive atmosphere.
We welcome players with no previous experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What are the costs associated with Ultimate?
Club sports at UMD are provided funds through RecWell and the SGA. Those funds cover equipment and tournament costs like hotels and bid fees.
We do not have club dues but a Giving Day donation is highly encouraged.
Other costs:
~$30 per season for gas to tournaments
Food at tournaments
Approximately $60 for uniforms
Expected player cost for the 2024-2025 season: $96 + food
