A: This one came in a larger set from Lidl called Parkside diamond tipped grinder set. It's pretty good and long lasting.
B: 4mm Diamond Burr Mounted Point Bit 2.35mm Shank Rotary Carving tool sold on eBay by meilianlu0. Costs £2.20 for 10. These give a narrow cut and have a medium life. They are good value because you get ten for £2.20.
C: 5x 0.1mm 30 Deg Carbide 3.175PCB CNC Engraving Router Bit Tool Double End DGI sold on eBay by digizone-uk for £1.95. These are very sharp and long lasting. The problem with them when used with a Dremel type hand drill and a metal shaft as a guide is that they have side cutters and cut into the guide making lots of small metal needles. That means that you have to take extra care when using them. You'll need good eye protection and leather gloves. I had to throw away my gloves because the needles get in the leather and then push through in to the skin when you use the gloves for something else. You can grind off the side cutters and that makes them safer to use.
D: This is one from a set of toothed cutters. Bought in a shop somewhere. They are quite rare. They cut well but don't last very long.
