Policy for medical students not enrolled at UCSF

The UCSF Department of Ophthalmology offers a limited number of clinical rotations slots or research electives to medical students who are not enrolled in the UCSF School of Medicine. All applications for clinical rotations are managed through VSAS.

Clinical or research experience at UCSF is not required for consideration for resident interviews during the resident selection process.
