The mathematics department softball team, Vector Bases, spanned by Dr. James Adler and Dr. Kim Ruane, is back on the fields this summer starting the season with two good performances.
On May 22nd the Vector Bases faced the Psychology department in a first game for both teams. A total of 14 vectors were present, and they put up a strong performance to clinch the game 15-12.
On May 31st however, the Bases faltered, even though they put up a good performance. They lost the game against Social Services 6-12, but as a silver lining, they saw new vectors on the field: Nariel and Glenn, who contributed great catches and good hits.
We hope the Vector Bases continue their great game spirit and win their next match against Biology.
