Taiwan Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics was established in December 7, 2003.
The current president is Dr. Chu Fang Yeh , 4 executive directors, 10 directors, 1 executive supervisor, and 4 supervisors.
The purpose of this organization is to improve the survival rate of organ transplantation, the organized antigen compatibility technology and stem cell immune gene research. To established the international and related medical organizations exchange and cooperation.
The main tasks of the organization are:
1. To enhance the compatible technology, research and development to improve the survival rate of organ transplantation.
2. Develop consistent standard practice guidelines with international organizations for immunological gene laboratories.
3. Establish a laboratory cell exchange mechanism.
4. Conduct education training and seminars in related to Organizational Compatibility Immunogenetics.
5. Participate in academic exchange activities in international organizations related to immunological genes
