BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT :
1) YOU MAY USE ONLY ONE COPY OF THIS SOFTWARE ON ONE HARDWARE/DEVICE (COMPUTERS, USB FLASH DRIVES etc.), SO EACH DEVICE MUST HAVE IT'S OWN LICENSE OF THIS SOFTWARE ( LICENSE PER HARDWARE/DEVICE )
2) LICENSED USB FLASH DRIVE SOFTWARE MUST BE RUN FROM THE SAME USB FLASH DRIVE AND CAN BE USED ON ANY COMPUTER THAT ATTACHED TO IT.
3) STANDARD LICENSE CANNOT BE USED PORTABLY. ONLY PORTABLE LICENSE CAN DO THAT.
4) UPDATING OR CHANGING THE HARDWARE/DEVICE WILL NEED A NEW LICENSE FOR THE NEW ONES.
5) LICENSE CAN BE UPGRADED TO SUPPORT NEW VERSIONS OF SOFTWARE BY PAYING FOR A NEW LICENSE OR BY PAYING FOR THE UPGRADE FEES IF AVAILABLE.
6) LICENSE CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO NEW HARDWARE/DEVICE UNTIL PAYING FOR A NEW LICENSE OR BY PAYING FOR THE TRANSFER FEES IF AVAILABLE.
7) IF THE LICENSE IS TRANSFERRED/UPGRADED TO NEW HARDWARE/DEVICE BY PAYING FOR TRANSFER/UPGRADE FEES OPTION, THE OLD ONE WILL BE DISABLED AND CANNOT BE USED ANYMORE IN ANY CASE.
8) THIS SOFTWARE IS COPYRIGHTED TO TSDARKNESS SO YOU MUST NOT SELL, RENT, LEASE OR SUBLICENSE ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THIS SOFTWARE OR MODIFY OR PREPARE DERIVATIVE WORKS OF THIS SOFTWARE OR REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE OR DISASSEMBLE THIS SOFTWARE OR PUBLISH CRACKS OR SERIAL NUMBERS OR SERIAL NUMBER GENERATION ALGORITHMS.
