Troop Leadership Committee Meetings

The entire troop plans the annual troop program at the annual planning conference. The Troop Leadership Committee (TLC) then meets monthly to fine-tune the plans for the upcoming month. The TLC is comprised of the senior patrol leader, who presides over the meetings, the assistant senior patrol leader, all patrol leaders, and the troop guide. All scouts are welcome to the monthy meetings.
