• Annual Health and Medical Record - This form is now required for all scouts on an annual basis. You must have a new form each year.
• Packing List for Weekends and/or Long-Term Scouting - This is something we put together as a guide for new scouts.

The Troop often visits Hoosier Heights Indianapolis for rock climbing experiences. They have an online waiver that every participant needs to fill out. Please fill it out for each participant and each visit. Thanks!
