YES, SCOUTBUCKS CAN BE USED TOWARD THE COST OF THIS TRIP!
Did you know also that Troop 70 opens this trip up to skiing/riding families as well? That's right! If your parent/guardian, brother/sister also enjoy skiing/riding, they can come too! Accommodations in the slopeside picnic lodge are open to scouts first, then to scout's immediate family if there is room (35 people is maximum capacity). If members of your family wish to join your son on the slopes, but might prefer a little nicer accommodations, we recommend the following lodging nearby:
Holiday Inn Express, Gibson: 1561 Oliver Road, Exit 219 off I-81, New Milford, PA (570) 465-5544. About 12 miles from Elk. Heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness center. If your family is interested, you must make reservations on your own directly through the hotel.
