1. Saturday, December 30, 2017: deadline for submitting all application materials
2. Monday, January 15, 2018: applicants notified of selection decisions
3. Monday, March 26, 2018: payment due
4. Monday, April 16, 2018: Academy begins
5. Friday, April 20, 2018: Academy concludes
