Hermanlentia matsunoi (Fernández-Loayza 1989)

Distribution:

Was discovered in only one site, in premontane wet forest of Peru,1250-1500m.

- Peru (Corralon, Distrito Pias, Prov. Pataz, Dept. La Libertad)

Characteristics:

- Head very long, relation head/pronotum 1:0.6 with narroweyes when seen dorsally

- Specific male genitalia with characters not seen in the other genera, including the absence of endosoma process and vesica

Biology:

- Live in burrows, caves

- Can feed on humans (Fernandez-Loayza1989)
