When you place an order with Trett Design, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
Once your order is received we will send you a confirmation email. This will also confirm that a contract has been made between us.
We deliver both within the UK and internationally. Delivery charges and surcharges may vary depending on the destination country. Whilst we do all we can to meet the delivery times stated Trett Design cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. The time of delivery may be an all day service and it is essential that someone is able to receive a planned delivery. If you miss a planned delivery you may be liable for any costs incurred which will vary depending on the courier and location. The cost of a missed delivery is typically around £100.
Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit so that they arrive to you in pristine condition.
Should you wish to return your order for any reason we can only accept the products if returned in their original packaging. This is essential as the products need to be protected in transit should they be returned.
Receipt of goods
On receipt of goods, please check the packaging for any damage and highlight this to the courier before signing for the goods. If possible please check the goods on arrival, if not please let us know of any problems or damage that have occurred during transit within 24 hours either by email or by phone. The courier company may not accept protected in transit should they be returned.

The courier company may not accept liability if the goods are signed for as having been delivered in good order or if we are notified outside the 24 hour period.
You are able to cancel your contract with us at any time up to 7 days after the day of delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your order you must do so in writing or by email. We will respond to your request within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation and the refund due. You are not obliged to give a reason for the cancellation; however a reason is helpful to understand how we can continue to improve the service we offer to our customers.
If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods minus the original deposit and delivery charge. The deposit and delivery charge are non-refundable.
Should you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us we will charge you for the reduction in value caused by any damage or deterioration of the products.
Products that are returned should be unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please ensure you are 100% satisfied with your goods before disposing of your packaging.
We endeavour to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition, however, we will be happy to resolve any problem you have with your order. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to report a faulty product.
