Placing an order

Trett Design sell directly to both public and trade customers. If you wish to order any of our pieces, please contact us and advise us of your requirements. We will then issue an email clarifying the details of your order together with an invoice.

Confirmation of the order and receipt of the deposit are required prior to commencement of work. Once you have confirmed your order we shall issue an invoice.

Payment

Standard pieces:

We require a 100% deposit to process the order with the balance payable prior to delivery.

Bespoke pieces:

We require a 100% deposit to process the order with the balance payable upon approval of production drawings.

Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by cheque.

Lead times

Lead time is usually 8 weeks from receipt of deposit. All our pieces are made to order and time is taken to ensure the highest quality we can offer.
