Always forget WspanGo and Worldspan passwords?
First of all, try to keep the identical.
If you have two passwords, or can't remember the one, then in Windows create a Notepad document and give it the title (and text) of your two passwords, i.e.
1234MADA (eg password for the main WspanGO webpage), ADAM4321 (eg passworld for the security password for Wspan, i.e. BSIA1234AA/GS/ADAM4321 )
save the document and give it the name of your passwords, i,e.
1234MADA ADAM4321.txt
put it in your documents folder, then place your mouse on the document and drag it to the start menu and place it in your Startup Folder.
Now it will open whenever Windows starts, and the title will show your passwords as an open document on your desktop tab.
Within the Notepad document a few lines down, give each password its own line, with the date you created it.
Also include your ARC passwords and group them down further with their creation dates in the same document.
This way you have a history of them, and after a while can recycle your previous passwords.
In Internet Explorer bookmark the the wspan go page to your Favorites, and move it to top of the list
https://gopublic.wspan.com/Index.aspx
rename it to
wspn login password - bsia1234/xx/gs/password
if you have access to two psuedos, create another bookmark below it
If you can have a sup change your agent sine preferences to "robotic use", you won't be timed out of wspan and have to sine back in with BSIA.....
