Creating ministry for the “Conflict-Positive Church”(Matthew 5:23-25)Training Direct is an outgrowth of the Center for Medical Ethics and Mediation established in 1992. Our purpose is to bring ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) skills into the management of conflict and create a conflict-positive ministry in the environment of the local church.
Our goals Include:
Serving as a resource to pastors, Christian educators, SPRC and District members in a changing church environment.
Teaching church professionals techniques and pathways to facilitate conflict.
Enhancing communication skills that cross over into everyday life.
The Cost of Conflict
65% of performance problems result from strained relationships and not from motivation, as studies now show.
Recognize & Correct
Wasted time from unmanaged conflict
Employee turnover
Low job motivation
Ongoing person-to-person stress
Increased health costs
Measure the Cost
Today, that cost can be quantified in loss of real dollars.
You will learn how at one of our workshops.
