Designing user studies

This lecture will cover the basic methodological elements about survey methodology (e.g., type of questions, questionnaire administration, standardized questionnaires) and intervention studies. Moreover, the course will provide some basic knowledge about graphics (e.g., boxplot, scatterplot) and data analysis. The lecture will also include a brief demonstration about Gallup analytics.
