Wallkill River Cleanup

We met on River Road between Walden and Montgomery

- We had a total of 24 Volunteers.The following is what we cleaned up:22 bags of recyclable items X 15 lbs. = 330 lbs.
- Big bags of trash 15 X 30 lbs. = 450 lbs.
- small/ partially filled 4 X 15 lbs. = 60 lbs.
- 23 tires X 20 = 460 lbs.
- other items: 2 TV's
- 1 bike
- 2 recliners
- a pair of crutches
- 7 wooden planks
- life vest
- part of an animal carrier
- dead goose
