History

Founding

Under the direction of the Lord, the current ministry leaders envisioned Touchstone Community Ministries to reach the world with the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples and equip leaders to teach others to make disciples.

American Missionaries

Over ten years ago, God called us to leave our comfortable lives in Evansville, Indiana to become part of the spiritual revitalization of New Orleans and the surrounding region. This area was STORMED by hurricane Katrina then Gustav, Ike and Rita from which the region has never fully recovered. Many areas are still decimated years later. We know the only way to truly change lives is through the gospel of Jesus Christ so we have answered the call to evangelism and making a difference in the lives of people in the community. We are now in Richmond making a difference there and everywhere.
